I've been vaping for over 2 years now and just venturing into rebuildables. Been reading a lot here and purchased a kayfun clone from a nearby b&m.

One thing I haven't come across is what RBA and rda stand for and what the difference is. It will probably be a duh moment when I see it.

Thanks in advance.

RBA is a rebuildable atomizer, generally considered to have a wick that enters a tank. RDA is a rebuildable dripping atomizer, generally considered to be like our old stock attIEs but with rebuildable coils and wicks.

I think of them as the difference between a carto tank and a stock atty in terms of the liquid they hold. :)

Did ya have that "duh moment"? ;)

Well... RBA kind of includes RDA type devices, it's a grab all term that means you can rebuild it easily enough.

But the term has developed to basically mean genesis style devices like the RSST and AGA-T. But with the introduction of devices like the Kayfun and Ithaka, which are RBAs, the category is getting a little more diverse.
