Briathel (sir or Ms.?) have two answers for you. Could be either the wow variant is out of stock of that flavor, or there is no wow variant. Certain flavors only come in wow or premium, not both. Hope this helps.

Update: On my filling my own carts with the Wow Peppermint juices, I did find that if filled and left for awhile (like a few days or more), things seem to settle and I do NOT get the rush headache. So there you go! I did get the Premium carts to fill and Love them way better than the cool ones! Just sayin 
Sir. Thank you for asking. Well, it does, indeed, seem to be the case that certain flavors are not available in both. While I suppose it's possible, I can't imagine that so many flavors would be out of stock in the WOW versions. I note that the clove and wowboy flavors don't seem to be available in the cool carts. Just wondering if there was some reason having to do with the cartomizers themselves.

These 2 lines are completely independent of each other. There is some overlap in names....but Wow Coffee and Premium Coffee are 2 entirely different juices for example and are from different vendors.
It is entirely possible to fill your choice of blank with your preferred juice. Say you use CoolCarts, but prefer the Wow Coffee flavor....simply purchase blank CoolCarts and 30ml Wow Coffee.

Just remember Briathel, thicker juices do better on the wow cartos if you're not using a syringe or the taryn spin method. The polyfill on cool carts is more tightly wound than the wow cartos...

I read this after placing an order. LOL You just made me contact V4L's customer service to add 2 packs of RY4!
I love this company and their juices, but their nice website is really lacking in information. I would think that I should be able to go there and read the differences in juices, cartos, which has more TH, etc.

Have you looked thru the HELP and FAQ's at the bottom of the V4L.com homepage?
A lot of info is there, although I would agree it is easy to miss. We are constantly trying to improve in this area. We really do aim to educate without the use of too much insider jargon,etc. The topics you mention are discussed in several of the FAQ's.
