Ok silly question.
I have all these chargers laying around for all the different devices. Does it really matter which 510 charger I use for everything? Can't there be like the one charger to charge them all

Example:
1) in dc 5v ; output 4.2v 100mA
2) input dc 5v; output dc 5v=120mA
3) input 5.0-5.3v=150mA; output 4.5-4.8v=120mA
4) input dc 5v 500mA; output dc 4.2v 420mA

1 - 3 are cig-a-likes and 4 is an ego chargers

I'm assuming the higher output the faster the charge so what would be wrong with using the ego charge to charge the cig-a-likes? Or the best cig-a-like charger to charge them all?

It matters. A lot.

Charger #1 is for 180 mAh joyetech type cigalike batteries.

Charger #2 is for some god awful cigalike clone for a battery that presumably has a voltage dropping resistor in the battery itself. Do not use that charger with any other battery than the one it came with.

Charger #3 is just... odd. Again do not use it with any battery other than the one it came with.

Charger #4 is a genuine eGo type charger. But you cannot use that charger for cigalike size batteries. The output current is too high for cigalike 180 mAh - 280 mAh batteries.

The standard out there is charging with a voltage of 4.2 volts. Cigalike mini batteries charge at 150 mAh current. eGo size batteries charge at 420 mAh current. Non standard batteries and their respective chargers should only be used with each other. (Or better they they shouldn't be sold or used at all.)

  rotflmfao and this is why i decided not to post who's charger was who's ;) 1 - 3 are all well known "name brand" cig-a-likes  not knock offs none of which are joyetech lol

and #4 is the ego charger from altsmoke :)

well that sucks though cuz was wanting to declutter my emergency kit
I gathered the ego charger would be a bad idea if for no other reason possible overheating from charging too fast of cig-a-likes but wasn't sure of 1 - 3 being an issue...

Out of the cigalike chargers there charger #1 with a 4.2 volt output is the only one "screaming" normal charger, normal battery. Those other two with output voltages other than 4.2 volts are implying they are doing something to/with the design of the battery itself once the chargers begin deviating from a 4.2 volt output. Putting a normal battery designed to charge at a maximum of 4.2 volts on that 5 volt charger can make battery go BOOM!

As far as the cigalikes on the eGo charger, the bottom line is you never put more charging current into a battery that it's rated capacity. That's why you can't put a 180 mAh capacity cigalike battery on a 420 mA eGo charger. Another battery go Boom scenario.
