Charger mAh question... help!

Is it okay to use a charger that has the following specs with a 510 mega battery (assuming 280 mAh)?

Charger:
Input DC5v 500mA
Output 4.2v 420mA

I'm not sure. That's my eGo charger specs. I'd be afraid it would blow a smaller 510. There is a warning about NOT using it on regular 510's.

Hoping this will bump to an expert.

Edit: From vendors site, "This is the USB charger for the eGo and eGo-t battery only. It may NOT be used to charge a standard battery. It will destroy it. "
