Okr T10 or Raptor 10a are great choices, they can be had for under 10 bucks and put out some serious power. The sx350 is in the 70 dollar range and has more power up at 100w now I think. The dna's are about 50, and the new one is 60 they say.

Okr or a Raptor can be built under 40 bucks, pretty hard to beat that.

I appreciate that information. I got to looking at the different mods and things and saw the chips and I certainly don't need a 60 Volt vape. That would damn near be like vaping 100% nicotine and No matter what people say I have cut my nicotine consumption by alot. I was smoking newport 100s and after three months I am down to 6mg liquid so a smaller voltage would do just fine for me and still give a good hit. Plus I am a tech geek and have all sorts of different parts and chips around and figure some of them can be used like the amp modulators.

Yah you can do that. I use a 10amp Raptor, it can do 60watts with no problem and is tiny. The thing I like about it I vape about 35w, it is middle of the road for this board. It doesnt have to work hard in that range, never gets hot, vapes great. I paid under 9 bucks from Mouser for it, they are a good option.

Forgot, alot of guys are building mosfet box's. They are really inexpensive, limited to battery voltage but a good project I suppose.

If anyone has a dna30 board lazing around our a mod with one they wanna get rid of fairly cheap please pm me .. how's the sx350 stack up to A dna30? I like the display better that's for sure.

From what I can see they both have their pros and cons. The DNA is better made but doesn't have reverse battery protection like the sx350 but with that protection comes some other give ups. Overall power would probably go to the sx350. And by the way there is a board on this forum for selling and swapping but it's not here
