Different hits on different batteries?

I have a new 510 kit and I am getting different hits on the two different batteries. I like them both. One is very smooth and the other offers a monster TH. The amount of vapor is close with the smoother hit offering a little less vapor. Not by much though. So what gives? Is this common?

Is one more freshly charged? Freshly charged batteries may give slightly higher voltage

Are these manual batteries? Sounds odd. I have 3 510 manuals and one is mega and one is a clone and they all vape about the same - hotter when freshly charged then levels out to about the same between all of them.

You could have a defective battery and if they are autos then maybe one has a sticky drag sensor that isn't turning on the power as quickly.

Also check how clean the ends and threads are on both.

Thanks dormouse. I have solved the problem. I just removed the cart and suck hard just through the battery. I formed a seal where the LED cover is with my fingers And created big suction and then released my fingers. It works just like the other one now.
