Where Can I Get A......? Different models and parts

Is there a thread or sticky somewhere that lists all the different models? I'm looking for parts and accessories that are compatible with each other. When I buy my next PV, I don't want to end up buying more of the same carts or attys if I already have them. (Except for replacement parts)

It's a valuable resource, but there's a lot missing from it. For example, there are no compatibles shown for the Joye 302 (penstyle), which in fact is compatible with the DSE801, RN4072, and BE112.

The great thing about a wiki is that anybody can edit it. If you notice something is missing, you can add it. I just added the 302 compatibility notes.
