Different Wraps on dual coil build

So I normally run 7-8 wraps of 26 gauge kanthal each for my dual coil setup up which gives me about .5 ohms.

I was recently recoiling and I had 7 wraps on one coil and 6 wraps on the other (ran outta wire). They heat up slightly unevenly. Is this still okay to vape on?

In pure circuitry terms, yes it is fine to vape. You are not going to cause your batteries or mod any harm, since to them, both coils are a single load. Vape experience wise, that is normally not done because as you are finding one coil is going to get hotter than the other. So you will either be pushing one coil too little or the other one too hard. The quality of the vape is going to suffer. My suggestion is to take the 7 wrap and remove one wrap to make both of them 6 wraps.

Like Scott said, they want to be matched or the vape experience you get is going to be poor.
