Sounds like they might be too small and choking the wick, if they are really small there may not be enough wick material to work properly.

You also have to make sure they are lined up correctly with the airholes, and they have to be close to them.

I had a dripper that didn't work correctly at first and I realized I mounted the coils too far back from the airholes

I used steam engine to produce the results it is 28 gauge wire its wrapped about 8.5 times n its a tiny diameter i used the srew driver that came with the cloupor they are pretty small coils idk what the type would be i used kanthal a 28 round

I just modeled that in Steam Engine. It gives you a heat flux of 256 mW/mm² at 30 watts and an inside diameter of about 1.4mm. That should give you reasonable vapor but it's not going to be a cloud chasing setup.

You will need to make good builds to get the most out of it. The right amount of cotton in the coils, keep the outside of the coils clear of cotton, make sure the coils line up with the air holes, that kind of thing. Personally I would build on a bigger pin, but 1.4mm can be done.

I checked and it seems that mod is limited to 0.45 ohms minimum so you can't go much lower then you already are. That leaves thinner wire. 29 gauge at 0.5 ohms gives you 363 mW/mm² which will make more vapor at 30 watts. 30 gauge gives you 513 which will burn juice so you'll have to drop the power a bit.

I'm using a mech

And its the other way (2) 1.4 ohm coils will make .7.

To this day I still haven't been to steam engine lol

Those coils are huge, they should take all the power you can give them. My coils are half as many wraps with 28-30 gauge. But I'm on a mech too much wire will kill my vapor
