The Digiflavor Etna rda is a small form factor mouth to lung rda with the air flow controlled via a series of airflow inserts which go below the coil. Unlike most of the other MTL RDA's on the martket, the Digiflavor Etna decided to go with a thin form factor style for their RDA which means it has the option to fit on a lot more smaller (and thinner) mods than others can.
