Is everybody who's complaining about DHL checking the USPS number that they gave you? And are they aware that your package is not supposed to show up until 2-3 weeks after you order according to DigitalSteam?
This is email that I got from dhl.de asking for their delivery time. I dont know the digitalscam sent it by a express parcel or not. very confusing..

The transit times given are average transit times, based on the transport to delivery to the recipient on experience.
Under the current terms of the DEUTSCHE POST / DHL this is not a contractually guaranteed delivery period.
The transit times are always working days, beginning from Monday to Friday excluding customs clearance.
Your parcel will be delivered by local Post.
In case your parcel does not arrive at the recipient by the 21.08.2013 please contact the sender and request an investigation

I don't think it's hanky panky, just takes forever to ship and receive. Based on the reports in this thread of people finally getting product.

Anyone know if the lite from ds comes with spare parts and screwdriver like intastes?
As for shipping times.... im just done waiting on the dang thing, the more I think about it...the longer it seems to take.
It sucks that we paid more for a ridiculously slower shipment but nothing we can do now.

Yep. I guess with DHL that's just the way it is. I don't think anything suspicious is going on. I just think DHL is slow in comparison to FedEx (and I have no love for FedEx).
It is NOT. I get my DHL shipments within 3-days from EU, everytime. One just last week.

*Guys, Have u tried tracking HERE? Maybe u'd get some different/expanded info. I get every shipping mode's info there, including of DHL/FedEx.
Thanx for your link up there.. Now I understand why our DHL shipment take about a month to be delivered.
Digitalsteam.de has sent our parcel through DHL Global Mail.. not by DHL courier company,, Its just a regular mail and will be deliver via national post.

Ordered 7/1 and 7/2. One of my packages arrived in the US (New Jersey) on the 19th. It's now in California. Hopefully I'll receive it tomorrow.
As for the second package. I can't track it via USPS as it does not have the UPU code when I check it through DHL. I've email DHL requesting the UPU code for that particular package but they have yet to respond.

Ordered mine the 9th still dont have it, although my daughter said I got 2 packages-im at work till 11, pretty sure the 2 packages are a reo grand and 28g kanthal I ordered, also might be the juice I ordered....but doubt its a kayfun lol.

My KFL from DS has finally arrived in the United States after 11 days. It's currently in "ISC NEW YORK NY" which means it will hopefully be here in Virginia shortly.
I calculate myself the actual shipping cost to malaysia using parcel shipment at dhl.de (not express shipment).

Welll at least now I know about DS. At this point Im just glad I got what I ordered. I wont be going through that again anytime soon if ever.
did the dhl tracking site state this or the other number ran through usps?
For mine- Dhl still says 60%, and usps still hasnt been updated since it was in germany
its been 14 days since I ordered on the 9th

The USPS number is the one that let me know it was in NY. I wouldn't get your information from DHL at the 60% mark, I've heard that packages are showing up with DHL reading 60%.
