Moral of this story is: no whining until your package is late (which in this case would be well over the 3 week mark). Shipping time estimates were freely available from Digital Steam and if waiting a few weeks bothers you, nobody's forcing you to type your credit card number in.
Im not really worried about it, I got other stuff to vape.
Actually I felt bad because I was the first one on the lite thread to post that I ordered from ds and then others did and I felt like I may of pushed them too.
And I thought this thread was to discuss our experience with ds? Thats what im doing... not whinning.... its bulls### when on the site it says 2-3 days shipping and its really 3-4 weeks for $37.

Sorry, I don't meant to be rude. I was in a bad mood when I posted that.
I think the 2-3 days was probably intended for German customers. If you go on an American site and see that delivery should be 2-3 days you don't assume that it would take the same amount of time to get to Germany or at least I wouldn't. I guess I had "insider information" when I emailed them (prior to ordering) and they said 2-3 weeks so it frustrated me for people to be taking it out on DS when they were open and honest with their estimates.
I had no clue on how long it would take.
When u go onto a website to order something and select your location, country, state from a dropdown menu, and your shipping method from a dropdown menu... the delivery time and price should change to reflect your location and shipping option.
So when I selected the US and dhl shipping.... it showed me 2-3 days.
Intaste ships in 2-3 days with fedex so when I paid $37 for dhl shipping ... I expected a week wait tops.
It wasnt untill this thread that we learned this dhl is a different entity from the dhl global express.
Its trickery on ds' s part so yeah I think a month wait after paying $37 is bs. Not that worried about it... but its the principal.

Not sure what postal system you have in Malaysia but if you have the UPU matchcode number try tracking it with your Malasyian postal service if you can.
I ordered the 9th and it just now made it to the US so I would think you should have it by next week if your postal services run anything like ours.

It probably got to your country and has been handed off to your postal service. There would have been a "match code"(?) that could be used to track with your postal service.
Mine just hit the US today. As soon as it did, my DHL tracking disappeared too. Thankfully, I'd already saved the corresponding USPS tracking number.

Mines been stuck for 3 days in Missouri, each of them days there was a new entry on the tracking site - says processed throught sort facility.

The USPS is doing something similar with mine in Atlanta. Never mind that to get from NJ to GA, it pretty much had to have gone through VA.
At least you both know your packages are in the US. I have no clue where my second package is. DHL and DS have both been pretty useless at this point.
DS says to contact usps. How when I don't have a damn UPU code from DHL?
DHL says they do not have a UPU code / match code available at this time. fwiw item was ordered on 7/2.
