Digital Steam? Anybody order from them?

Hello, exactly one month ago I ordered a kayfun V. 3.1 ES from Digital Steam in Germany. DHL still lists the order as being at 60% complete...Anyone order from Digital Steam before? If so, is it normal for it to take this long? I hit up D. Steam a few days ago and got no reply. Did I just get fleeced for $200?

Thank god I also ordered a Taifun at the same time from White Smoke, its kept me satisfied more or less.
Still I want a kayfun, is it time to contest the transaction and order one strait from Svoe?

Is digital stream Germany the same as digital stream uk I wonder? Cuz I know someone who for their kayfun from the UK one and it worked out. There is major demand for it. Personally I wouldn't contest yet, but you have the right to. Let us know what happens. Write an email and translate it before sending if you haven't already.

What do you mean by "DHL still lists the order as being at 60% complete"? Has the order shipped? If so, the problem and subsequent follow-up would be with DHL, not Digital Steam right?

Yeah, you're 100% right there, DHL is the one responsible now. When I first wrote this I wasn't really thinking clearly apparently. Long before I read your post I realized this, and thus never tried to contest the charge as that wouldn't make any sense. Its good to hear that Digital Steam is legit though. So DHL....how long have you guys waited to receive an international order from them before? I guess they only have a snail mail package inquiry form, so if I do have to go that route it'll probably take forever to get reimbursed, provided it was even insured. I think I'll just send in the form and order a mini in the meantime; well if the mini ever becomes restocked. Thanks for the responses guys. Happy vaping

my personal experience is never to buy at Digitalsteam again, worst support ever, no answers to emails etc u get them on the phone from time to time but thats probably not the easiest way for you guys. in the german forums where i usually hang out there are lots of complaints about them too. if all works out they are just another shop but the second there is any problem the hassle starts. i got my kayfuns and my semovar from intaste or highendsmoke

Having the same exact problem it's already been one week DHL hasn't even scanned it yet still with the vendor.

Update:

I emailed DHL requesting an update on my packages that were ordered on the 1st and 2nd of July. They informed me the packages were in route. Take that for what it's worth. I know one of the packages has been held up at customs (IPZ-ffm). They also informed me packages usually take 10-12 business days to arrive in the states.

I ordered a couple Kayfun 3.1 large clear tanks on 7/2. Its at 60% on DHL for me also, I just think it takes forever.
