Okay....I cannot find this answer, I'm sure it is somewhere, but I failed to find it.

I have TA diluted 50% from TPA.....I am not sure what is the best way for me to use this....I would like to dilute it further with PGA...so I was thinking 50/50, but I wanted some opinions from some experienced TA users. If I dilute 50/50, is that gonna be too much PGA? If not, at what amt would you recommend using it at 50/50???

I did a few teeny tiny drops in a 70/30 mix of pg/vg, and I am not liking the film that is being left on the inside of the bottle.....that is where I think I need some pga to help. I warmed the mix hoping to help, but I still see a ring around the middle of my bottle where the TA sat on top of the vg before I added the pg......BTW right now this is a no nic mix....will remix with nic once I get it down right.

To give you a short answer, you can dilute down with PGA or PG to the strength you're looking for if you feel it is too strong now. TA is some powerful stuff. It is all up to your taste buds. The ring around the bottle is a natural occurrence for TA.
Hope this helps.

Normal dilution ratio is 1 drop pure TA to 100 drops PGA. At this mix 1 drop per ml is a recommended starting point.

yea...I know it's some strong stuff (that's why I went with the 50/50, I don't think I would ever get through a little bottle full strength)....but it is great. Well, if the ring is gonna be there even if diluted more, I'll just leave well enough alone.....just devote one of the tiny droppers from TPA to it. Thank you for your answer....much appreciated ;)

I emailed Linda at PA and she answered my question :

there might be confusion between the tobacco Absolute 50%, which is 50-50 absolute-alcohol and is very dark

and the tobacco Blend, which is much lighter
for formula for the Tobacco Blend is
(to make 1000 grams)
Ethyl Maltol 90
Alcohol - 190 proof 900
Tobacco Absolute - Berje 10

Hope this helps anyone that is confused
