diluting 18mg to 16mg.

Hey everyone, been over a year since I've posted but anyways... I've been vaping 18mg for a long time now and it's become too much, I've gone to 12mg but I vape through my juice way to fast; its not enough. so I have a bottle of VG laying around and I figured I could use it to dilute my juice from 18 to 16mg.
I just made an order from mt. baker of 30ml 18mg liquids with an extra shot to keep the flavor up to par once I dilute it.

I've been trying to figure out how much to add with online juice calculators but they all ask for a batch size variable which is not a variable in my case... Does anyone know how much VG to add to 30ml of 18mg to make 16mg?

Using this calculator I came up with the following numbers.

30ml 18mg juice
+
3.7ml 0mg VG
=
33.7ml 16.02mg

I read somewhere (probably here, but if not an e-cig related site anyway) that 20 drops of water equals 1ml. I would find out for myself though. I've still got some plastic clearo tanks that have ml. levels printed on the side, that's what I would have to use.

what is the ratio of PG/VG in your 18mg?

if its a 50/50 mix then it would be about 2ml for 30ml or to be more precise 1.667 of PG/VG.

if its a 60/40 VG/PG then its about 2 ml of VG.

i dont see how pg vg ratio would matter, i just want 16 or 15 not 18mg. i tried a calculator online and it said to make 15mg i would add 5ml of vg to to 25ml juice to make 30ml. can anyone correct me or back me up on that?

then just add 5ml of VG to your mix and vape on.
