Dilution advice

Okay, I'm going to have to admit my math skills have disappeared in my old age. I need some help.

I have some 100mg juice and I want to dilute it with PG to about 18mg. I'd like to make a batch at this level. Rather than talk in drops, or ml, I'd like to figure it out in parts. So if, for example, how many parts of PG do I add to 1 part of 100mg? I have a nice small vial that I'll use for the 100mg. I just need to know how many measures of the same vial do I ad of PG to get around an 18mg dilution?

Anybody out there willing to help my failing brain?
