Diluting 36mg liquid with Mono Propylene Glycol

Hi,
I have just bought 150ml of Super High Kiwi from totally wicked. I have found it very strong and dilute it with MPG. I do however find it increases the viscosity and was wondering if I could thin it down with water. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Personally i don't like putting water in my juice. I would thin it down with PGA But i doubt you can get that in England. Maybe some other High Alcohol liquor would work. If you do use water make sure you use distilled water.
