diluting absolute

i have a bottle of tobacco absolute diluted (50%) as shown on the label. I find this is still so strong, 1 drop in a 10ml of my juice and it still very overpowering. are there any recommended methods to dilute further?

You could add more PG to it. For example, get a bottle that is twice the size of
the one the absolute is in, and dump the absolute in it, then fill it the rest of the
way with PG. Of course, you could use any percentage you like to dilute it until
you find the right one.

do what bivie said; 50% is still a concentrate, the use-ready absolute should be 5-10% IMO. I have seen some sites recommend a 1/100 dilution, so there ya go. When diluting, soak the bottled mixture in hot water. Alternate between shaking the bejeezus out of it and soaking... eventually it will mix satisfactorily.

My instructions from onestopdiyshop say 2 drops of TA to 10ml of PGA. This is 100% TA. Since you have 50%, you should put 4drops of your 50p% in 10ml of PGA. PG can be used if you don't have, or want to use PGA.

TA is very thick and super-strong. It's also a dry tobacco flavor. Some people add a couple drops of sweetener to their TA flavoring to soften it some. Good luck!

Try mixing 4 drops in 10ml PG with 1/4 tsp. ethyl maltol crystals dissolved in the PG. Soak the bottle of PG/EM in hot water and shake often until crystals are dissolved, then add 4 drops of TA. Makes a great tobacco base IMO. I use it in Virginia and Dark Vapure and add it to fruits when I want a tobacco/fruit combo.

If you have 100% TA, you'll only need 2 drops added to 10ml PG with EM. Hint: 1/4 tsp. EM crystals in 10ml PG is the standard but I mix mine much stronger. I cover the bottom of the bottle with crystals and then add PG. It takes a little longer to get it dissolved but makes for a better tasting mix IMO.

What percentage of this do you tend to prefer to add to your other mixes ? I usually add the above diluted TA at about 2-3%

i do not have PGA at my disposal though, possible for mixing with just pure PG?

My Virginia recipe is 2% FA Virginia and 2% TA, with a few extra drops of EM. Same with Dark Vapure. The TA adds a whole new dimension to what would otherwise be flat tobaccos flavors IMO.
