diluting?

Can you dilute nicotine e-liquid with distilled water? If so how much water can be added? I am thinking about diluting some vg liquid in half. And how many ml's are in a liter?

1000 ml in a litre. That's all I can help with, sorry.

Yes, you only need a couple of drops of it. And let it sit for a bit first before vaping. It gets kind of cloudy, but that clears up after a bit.
