Direct dripping

I want to try direct dripping with my Riva 510 so I can try different juices and save my cartos for the ones I like. Just have a few quick questions.

For a new atomizer, I know I want to keep it wet so I start off with 3 drops directly into the atomizer. Can I start vaping right away or do I wait awhile for it to get down into the reservoir? Also, once I get those drops into the atty, do I just keep smoking until it doesn't produce anymore smoke or should I constantly drip with another 2-3 drops so the atty never gets dry? If I do have to constantly drip, how often do I have to do it?

First blow out all the primer. It tastes nasty, then drip 4 or 5 drops first to prime then vape and add 2 or 3 drops every 5-7 hits depending on flavor and vapor production.

After adding the initial drops, how long do I wait for it to "prime"? So I should re-drop when the vapor and/flavor gets weak- got it.

You don't have to wait for it to prime. The heat from the atty actually helps pull the liquid into the mesh.

After a little practice your technique will become second nature, your attys will vary a bit, but with time your dripping will become second nature....

Thanks everyone. Seems pretty simple but I'm just trying to get my timing down especially when I'm switching between juices. I'm finding that the previous juice's flavors are blending with the new juice I put it. I guess I have to vape the previous one down a little more.
