I have sent you several emails (office at virgin vapor) about my order over a week ago yet no feedback yet. My order number is #25773 with a value of 320USD (all e-liquid). There's an issue with the order (which you've been informed about) and I need your help.
All I'm asking is for a feedback, you can't just ignore me like that, I'm your customer... I'm not gonna complain, I'm not gonna bad mouth you (as a matter of fact I struggled a lot before writing this message because I used to be your biggest fan!!), and I certainly mean no harm nor do I want anyone to get in trouble because of me. And I apologize in advance if you for any reason believe I'm an annoying customer.
All I'm asking for is that you email me back, that's all, nothing more, nothing less, that's what customer service is for, even if you think I'm being annoying then please do email me back and let me know so; don't just ignore me. You must have seen my messages by now; I'm a tech guy - and I know for a fact this is not a case of miscommunication.
You're an ECF listed / verified Vendor, as such I expect you to abide by a code of business ethics to continue to be listed here, in my case, all I'm asking for is that you get back to me and help me to find a solution. I'm not gonna ask for a refund, I'm not gonna ask for crazy stuff, all I'm asking for is HELP.
PLEASE get back to me so so I could resolve the issue with my order; and in return I promise you that you will never hear from me ever again neither will you ever hear a single bad word or a bad review from my side towards you. PLEASE show me that you do actually live up to your reputation, after all, reputable companies stand out from others when things go wrong with their customers.
