I have been a vapor4life customer for quite a while. I am getting disappointed more and more lately. First, I receive carts that having nothing in them. Cannot vap with them. Secondly, I have ordered several new batteries and another starter kit as a gift. The carts do not fit properly and at times only screw on half way. Told to use a nail file to smooth it out and it does not work. Shouldn't we receive items that actually work properly? I called customer service, told there was one customer ahead of me and I have a one minute wait (several times) and then was put into voice mail. Am getting very disappointed and am no longer sure I can recommend tVapor4life to my friends. :(

I've had lots of issues of late as well. batts doa, cartomizers so full I had to blow them out to use them, dead carts, passthru's that don't work, getting different juice than I ordered and so on. They always take my call and try to rectify the situation though. I did start ordering batts and juice from other suppliers a while ago because who wants to constantly have to mail stuff back. I still order the blank softcap carts from them because they offer them in a variety of colors and it helps me to stay somewhat organized knowing what juice is in what cart.... but that may change soon as well.

Welcome. I'd personally switch suppliers if you're not getting the customer service you need.

As far as the threading issue is concerned with screwing it only halfway, if it's a spanking new carto or atty, it may have little metal debris from the manufacturing that's partially blocking it. I had an issue like that with some 510 XL mega batteries, and just short of letting the supplier know, I kind of force-screwed it onto an older atty that I hadn't used in a while, and it worked. It's not something I'm suggesting, but it smoothed out the threading for my newer atties that I had wanted to use them on. I'm not sure about using the nail file.

Either way, switching suppliers couldn't hurt.
