Discount Vapors Vivi Nova clone tastes funny, burnt?

Anyone have one of these? Everything I try It tastes funky and burnt. What am I doing wrong?

I bought a nova clone once and no matter what I did, it taste burnt... ended up just tossing it. I can tell if it's not correct because the top silicone cap was real tall compared to a real nova.... is your's the same style top silicone cap?

If it tastes burnt it's because it isn't wicking juice as fast as the coil burns it. Try either fluffing your wick (unraveling the strands that stick out) or if on a vv device turn the power down. Also holding it horizontally and twirling it can help get juice to the coil. Good luck!
