Once again, eric from discountvapers has made me a very happy customer.
A little backstory before I start giving him my praise;
I've been using ce4+ clearomizers for a while now and they just aren't doing it for me anymore. Don't get me wrong, they are excellent. But I have become bored with them and so I have decided to buy a bunch of different addys and whatnot to see If I can find something better.
So anyways, I placed an order today for a medley of different addys. While I was in a frenzied craze throwing stuff in my cart I accidently added a 808 atty. The problem was, it looks kind of like a 510 addy and it was in the 510 section so I thought it was a 510. I didn't take the time to see that it was in fact a 808, which I can't use on my eGo.
Once I got the email confirmation I double checked my order just for shyts and gigs. Then it hit me. I had a big ... moment when I seen that I had ordered an 808 by accident. So I sent him a message explaining my mistake and he replied within about an hour, if not sooner.
I told him that what I actually wanted was a 510 and he said he would check to see if he had one.
Then I hoped on his site to see if he had any other type of addy I could have switched out just incase he didn't have a 510.
I told him that if he didn't have the 510 then I would happily take a XL dual coil clear carto or a drip shield instead.
He messaged me back within 10 minutes and told me he was throwing in both!
His customer service has been consistently epic and awesome! LOL
I HIGHLY recommend discountvapers as a vendor. He is the only vendor I have found who rivals wizardlabs in terms of customer service.
He said he doesn't usually do this for just anyone. But since I buy from him all the time he said it would be okay. So long as I don't make a habit out of it.I can't wait to start testing them all out! WOO! LOL
