DIY - $2.00 Acrylic stand for your atomizers and mods ... Dollarama - Canada

I previously posted this in the New Members section ... but I thought it would be useful here too.

Found these stands at the local Dollarama. I've seen these acrylic stands selling on the net and on ebay for $6.00 USD (+ shipping). Now us lucky Canadians can get them locally for $2.00 CAD each. I drilled a hole in the center of each compartment so that my atty's would sit nicely without wobbling around, but work well enough even without drilling holes in them. Also fits mods that are no wider than 22.5mm (don't quote me on that exact measurement).

Very nice Paksoy. Right now I'm using a coffee mug lined with paper toweling to hold my Provari Mini and my Vamo. Not as purdy as yours

Dollarama sells thousands of other items , it's easy to walk right past it if you're just scanning quickly. If you can't find it, just ask one of the employees. Most stores carry them.

I'll check again..i did 3 walk arounds of entire store paying closest attention to cosmetic section..I'll go have another look and ask this time..fingers crossed..lol

Nice.... I may look for something like that for my stash of clearos. The day I got my Provari I decided to swap out the coffee mug I was using to hold my 2 iTaste VV's in for something nicer. I had an old board laying around that was from a waterbed my wife had made back when she was in High School (over 30 years ago!) I then found my old unused wood drill bits and found ones that would bore out holes larger enough for my Provari and an extra tank. (Turns out the 7/8" works perfect for the Provari and the 3/4 was perfect for my iTaste VV, ProTank 2 and iClear 30 to sit in. It even bores a little hole at the bottom for the 510 threads to sit in! While my stands are not perfect, they work perfectly!

Brilliant idea!!

I looked at the ones from Fasttech which are very similar, but the bigger ones require expedited shipping which make it very expensive. Probably too many got damaged by regular post.

I looked ebay under lipstick stands, and they have many up for sale. Going to have to get one there.

All my friends did the same thing .... multiple times up and down every aisle with no luck. They all finally asked an employee .... and magically, they appeared on a shelf that they had passed numerous times. I'm glad your persistence paid off.

Product overload - I get that all the time at Dollarama, lol. I can walk past an item 2-3x and still not see it.

I've asked D-rama store clerks, but none of them knew what I was talking about.

wallmart also have few of clear plastic ones in a school aisle, i picked 2 of them for my stuff
