diy coffee flavoring help

New to diy and this forum. Coffee is the only e liquid I use I have made about 9 mixes and all tured out bad I'm useing loranns coffee and I tryed the kona to all realy have no flavor and are black in color. So if anyone xan point me to the right path I would be very thankful I'm trying to somewhat duplicate vaperkings coffee but with more flavor
