Hi guys,i know this is probably one of the most asked questions out there, but i need some help doing some Measurements/Calculations for DIY E-juice.

I have Purchased:

16 Oz Propylene Glycol
10 Oz Vegetable Gylcerin
7.4 Ml of (Highly Concentrated) Watermelon Flavoring(Safe for e-juice*)

I have mixed all of this together into a single Large Bottle.

I can purchase Pure Nocotine in various amounts at:
Best E Cigarette Liquid Flavors and Nicotine - E-Liquid and E-Juice

Now my Question is this:
Exactly how much Nicotine will i need to Order to get a "Medium Strength" Nicotine e-juice? Or rather, how many Oz/Ml of Nicotine will i need to add to my Mix for the desired result?

You didn't need to mix all that stuff together at one time. There are videos about DIY on youtube. I bought my nic from myfreedomsmokes.com. I got a 1 liter bottle of 100mg nic for $50. That would be a 4 year supply for me and 10 years for other people. Try vaping what you mixed without nicotine and see if you like the taste. May be do some more research and ask more questions before doing any more mixing.

"You didn't need to mix all that stuff together at one time."
Too late. Hehe.
"Try vaping what you mixed without nicotine and see if you like the taste."
I have,I do.
"May be do some more research and ask more questions before doing any more mixing."
I did,i came here for a second opinion.

You pretty much didn't answer the question at all.
I'll be here waiting for someone who will. =)

Unusual approach for SURE. But here's a simple math approach.

What you have now is
473 mls PG + 295 mls VG + 7.4 mls PG = about 776 mls, and a ratio of about 40/60 VG/PG which is very thin juice.
You're using a tank? And the vapor is sufficient? More VG would make thicker juice and more vapor.

Adding Nic:
If you buy Nic in the higher concentration of 100 mg/ml, then you can do ROUGH estimates this way.

When you say "Medium" - that's not very precise...
If you add 100 mls of 100 mg nic, then you'd have a total of 876 mls, and a total of 10000 mgs nic = 11.4 mg strength
See how I did that? TOTAL mgs of nic/TOTAL volume of liquid.
If you add 200 mls of 30 mg/ml mic, you'd have a total of 976 mls. and a total of 6000 mgs nic = 6 ish mg strength
etc.

NEXT time, use an ejuice calculator!
There are apps if you look...
I use EJuiceMeUp which runs on a PC.

This will let you put in
- what's your nic strength
- what nic strength do you want to end up at
- what are your flavoring percentages
- what PG/VG ration do you like
- how much total do you want to make?

And then it tells you how much of each ingredient to add

If you get 100 mg/ml (about 10% actual nic) nicotine solution, arranging for the final result to be 10% of that would be 10 mg of nic. The 100 mg stuff makes it easy, any% --> mg/ml, but lesser concentrations are less toxic to work with. I only shoot for 1.5-1.8 mg/ml so I prefer 36 mg/ml nic used at 5%.

24 mg is the highest usually sold as ejuice and is intense to choking, but if you vape more because you smoked more, then 12 for low power, and for high power vaping 6 is about the max and 3 is common.

Pasted from another thread, I do the math in my head but you can try:
