DIY e juice question

Hi everyone I just ordered all the stuff I need for making my own juice I also got a really cool app for my droid phone from Totally Wicked its a juice calculator and recipe organizer.I have looked at a couple different calculators and some give the option to add water or alcohol. My question is what is the purpose of adding water or alcohol to your mix is this to just thin the mixture?

Pretty much yes....changes the viscosity

to much alcohol will give it a nasaly twang tho

I don't use either because the PG thins out the juice just fine. You can add distilled water (don't use tap water) if you want it thinner, or PGA if you want to make a thinner juice with more TH.

correct-a-mundo. Some people for whatever reason can't vape PG (usually allergies) so they have to use an all VG mix which can be too thick for some PV's so they add distilled/purified water or PGA (pure grain alcohol). Some also add PGA for a bit more TH (throat hit).

Thanks for the info guys that's what I thought. I'm going to go without I'm sticking to more pg than vg I like the consistency as is.
