Has it always been preferred to ship any DIY e-liquid ingredients by "Priority Mail International" which is very expensive costing at least $50+ just for shipping & Handling or is it just because it's a holiday that's why the shipping method is like that. If so, then do I just need to wait it out until it goes back to normal and then I can pick the regular shipping method which is usually 5-10 business days?
