DIY E-liquid Nic%

I been doing my e-liquid like to weeks now. I have ordered a unflavored base 50/50 with 12 mg of nicotine and few flavors. I usually mix the eliquid 14% RY4 D, 3%acetyl Pirazine, 2% Ethyl Maltol. Wich means 19 % of the mix is flavors and 81% base.

By doing that I'm reducing the nicotine
I'm not that good with math but, how I know the new % of nicotine in the mix?

81% of each ml is your 12mg/ml base.
81% of 12:
.81 x 12 = 9.72mg/ml

12mg * 0.81 = 9.72 mg/mL. I would just round up to 10mg and say it is 1%. Technically, if all your measurements are exact, it is 0.972%
