Try to keep on the topic of DIY E-cig guys! On a side note, i placed an order on e[dash]cig.com and now speedpost left a card saying i missed the delivery. guess i'll collect it at the post office tmr
I bought some bulk pg/vg with 24mg nicotine from e[dash]cig.com replace [dash] with -
Dunno how reliable it is. Wonder why this forum censors that website. but they have up liquids up to 500ml at super cheap prices though. unflavoured 500ml pg/vg at 48mg nic costs only USD37 exclusive of shipping
Anybody working in a lab that can conduct a chromatography on the e-liq i bought to test the purity and quality?? haha

DIYed 1st 5ml Juicy watermelon juice 4mg base with 100% VG without menthol and distilled water
Verdict: Nice flavor, good amt of vapor but felt little harsh around throat area and luke-warm.
Sensation lasted a short while though.
Overall still ok

Ok. So an update. I've created the following zero nic juices:
Base: PG and VG
Menthol source: Mix of Mint and Peppermint concentrate since I don't have menthol crystals yet.
I've tasted all of these during mixing and after and my taste buds are very disoriented right now. I'll give my own opinion on the flavors. Other vapers have tasted some but not all. To those who've tasted the liquids place your opinion here or maybe I should create another thread. lol.
1. Green Apple - soury and cool
2. Cola (I have 2 versions) - it's cola all right. it's a little strong but i can't seem to get the carbonated effect. a little mint works
3. Banana - sweet and creamy
4. Peach - very sweet
5. Rum - this one seems kind of weak, i've even gone up to 40% of the flavor..or maybe it's just my taste buds.
6. Coffee (2 versions) - 1 very strong version like espresso and 1 more like a brewed version. need more vanilla and maybe cream
7. Caramel - very sweet and overpowering
8. Vanilla - light taste but very creamy...i like this a lot.
9. Mint - it's cool and well...minty..lol...this can sub as menthol drops
10. Peppermint - cold and strong. leaves your atty with mint. can sometimes kill flavors.
11. Durian - well it's durian...i'm not really a fan of this but when i mixed this it tasted durian so...
12. Jasmine Green Tea - according to hsan7: taste like jasmine green tea...(on a smiling face...hahahahaha...)
I've brought 1 set last gathering and will bring another one on the next gathering.

I've tested some of junyap's diy eliquids. Here's my opinion:
Cola - the best among all the liquids I've tried from junyap's diy. The cola taste is quite strong which is for me is good coz can really taste the cola.
Rum - flavor quite weak. Cannot really taste what it is.
Peach - strong taste. Really taste like peach. In my opinion, better than janty's peach eliquids.
Caramel - can't really distinguish the taste coz that time I vape cola before the caramel, and the cola flavor kinda covers the caramel flavor.
Coffee - really like coffee. But I'm not really a coffee fan. Very strong flavor. The coffee smell very strong also.
That's all of the flavors I've tried coz I've been vaping the cola constantly that time.
Overall it's quite good. Keep it up junyap bro. Looking forward to tasting some more new flavors on the next gathering.
I'd also want to request a flavor. I've wanted to try peanut butter eliquid. If you can diy bro, let me try. Thanks!

My order just arrived! other than the flavours i got 50ml of pg+vg at 24mg unflavoured! the flavours are decent but i havent tried those from us so i can't comment much. U can see the website on the bottle!

My DIY using Banana Flavor (Bake King) off-the-shelf:
- 8 drops Juicy Liquid Menthol
- 2.5ml 50/50 PG/VG with 6mg nic
- 1.8ml Pure VG
- 0.8ml drops/15% Banana Flavor
The above gave 5ml e-juice with 3mg nic
Verdict:
Quite harsh TH during 1st 10 vapes. After that, TH less harsh but could still feel throat harshness after vaping
Decent amt of vapor
Weak flavor
Not as smooth as compared to flavors that's sold by e-juice merchants
Weak menthol sensation
Conclusion: Maybe I did not allow the mixture to fully blend. I started vaping the juice after 10mins.
IMHO, using off-the-shelf flavors not recommended. Better buy from e-juice merchants

You should have ask Junyap to do the Liquid or maybe you both can share knowledge. he is also quite good or i can say is very good in the D.I.Y flavor.
Junyap bro, you tried using those flavors sold locally ie those at NTUC aka Bake King etc...?
