DIY eJuice - Flavor inspirations

I was talking to a friend tonight about my vaping and telling her about getting new flavors and it got me thinking, so I thought I'd ask:
How do you come up with new flavors?
What are some of your inspirations?

Someday I may dabble (when I have my own place again)...build my own stuff, make my own juice, but for now, I'm just curious on the 'recipe' process. I am a really good cook and can mix and match suppers from scratch, so it seemed logical to ask about juice flavors.

Get ideas from the internet usually from Bill in the diy thread , read stores descriptions on their juices , think of food recipes.
Make things up on the fly.

I love to read recipes whether I'm going to eat it or vape it. That is where I find inspiration. Here is a site that also has helped me.
