Make (DIY) juice flavoring?

Does anyone know how to make e-liquid flavors from scratch? Completely DIY, in other words. e.g. If I want to make my very own cinnamon flavoring, and I have a cinnamon stick, how do I convert it into a flavoring…? (I did watch MistressNomad’s DIY juice video, but this isn’t covered)
I am reviewing all the info I can find here, but haven’t found this yet. Is there a link I missed?

Go into Tips and Tricks and there is a DIY forum that might be able to help you. I don't know of anyone who has done a cinnamon flavor totally DIY, but I know some have done it with vanilla so maybe someone in there can help you.
