beme. start with DIY using 60mg nicotine. made a few 3mg 30ml bottles.
make mocha flavour. make raspberry flavour. make black cherry flavour. be excited.
fill tank with mocha, vape. thats a weird burnt flavour. tastes weird i think.
fill different tank with raspberry. raspberry has a burnt and dry taste. try black cherry, has dry and 'peppery' taste. go back to try others notice pepper taste too.
is it bad nicotine? or maybe the pg or vg? any solutions to fix the problem?
making 35% pg 65% vg 3ml strength. feel like i can't be that bad at measuring and filling a bottle.

i guess i could try
vaping pg
vaping vg
vaping unflavoured
that way i can work out which is causing the problem.
just wondered if any similar experiences i guess.

That sounds like a Good Plan.

At 3mg/ml, you shouldn't be getting all that much taste from the Nicotine. And Pure VG should have a Sweet, Pleasant, clean taste. Try putting a Drop of Pure VG on your finger and Tasting it.

So that kind leaves the PG.

Either the PG that you use to Dilute the Nicotine Base. Or the PG in the Nicotine if there is any.

its 50/50 nic, so if the pg or vg are bad, then the nic solution is bad too probably.
kind of screwed either way.

Are you using a syringe for pulling from the nic? The needle of the syringe may be causing a little much nic being added for what you want. The needle of the syringe could be as much as 1 mil volume - so instead of 3 mg per ml you may actually have 5 mg per ml. Which if youve been vaping 3 for a while, 5 will taste way more peppery and harsh.

Did you use a different needle and syringe for each fluid or clean the syringe between changing fluids.

Did the final amount actually equal 30 mils?

Small volume measurement in practice can be harder then it seems.
