DIY Flavor Shack -- Great Customer Service!

I placed an order with DIY Flavor Shack last night and ordered five different e-liquids based on all the great reviews I have read here and elsewhere. Shortly after I placed the order, someone (I assume the owner) actually called me to let me know I could save money by purchasing a "six pack" and offered to change the order to reflect the discount. I am extremely impressed with that level of service!!

I absolutely ADORE DIY Flavorshack! I just finished placing my...uh...third? Fourth? Don't know, don't care...my uh...NEXT order!

With their help, I've determined I like straight VG, regular flavor Clove mixed with a touch of Thin Mint.

This last order, I'm trying the Doublemint and of course getting more Clove, single flavor, 0 nic, in straight VG.

I love them. I wish everyone had customer service, including the cute little freebies, like them.

It gets better. I found this little blue spongy thing packaged with my stuff...I tossed it aside, not knowing what it was (Didn't read the paperwork, just got my grubby paws on the juice and started vaping...I know, I know...I've got a short attention span), with the packaging (which I keep, and reuse the ziploc bags).

So there I am, having hookah'd my way along to the point where the single cart I was using was losing its batting. And I'm thinking...WTH do I use to replace this stuff? I can't use cotton, it might catch fire...what to do, what to do...

...and I start idly playing with this blue spongy stuff.

Then I read the paper. It has a description of the blue spongy stuff, AND instructions.

Holy Living Daylights, Batman! They SENT me exactly what I was looking for...didn't ask for it, but am absolutely, positively, eternally grateful. Didn't even know I needed it until I...well...needed it, and there it was, ALREADY PACKAGED WITH MY ORDER.
