I haven't tried Virgin Vapors, but leaving the lid off and shaking throughout the day should clear it. After that, I would look elsewhere.

For a new bottle of flavor, I always get the smallest. If I can't make it work with multiple attempts, well...

Someone mentioned taking A LOT of notes and that has helped me. I write down definitions, flavor usage notes, other people's thoughts, and especially my procedures.
