At one time, I had over 300 flavors... lol. I've cut that down to about 50 that I use regularly and another 50 that I use occasionally. Having a quick look, those 100 break down to:

14 CAP
13 RF SC
13 WF Reg & SC
11 TFA
10 FW
10 VTA
8 FA
7 PUR
5 FLV
5 MF
2 One On One
1 Liquid Barn
1 Gremlin

It took a while, but I'm pretty happy with the selection I have now... :D

Hey Leti :D.

Taking a quick look at my flavor stash, it looks like the majority are from TPA.
I've not paid any attention to what brand I have the most of.
I use ecx search bar, type in the flavor I want and usually go with the one rated highest.
I look at flavor notes rather than ratings. I find those work better at helping me find what I will probably enjoy using.

I'd like to get down 100-130 flavors by next year. Haven't been mixing long and have managed to cull a few here and there + the 20-30 I won't reorder when I run out should at least get me down to 150 by then.

Yeah the last sale put me over my self imposed 200 flavor limit. I'm weak.
I bet if you hit the what can I make button, Sherlock shows up for several hours and entire catalog of ELR recipes appear .

Not yet but more show up than used too. I don't know how the ones with 400-500 in their stash manage. Teresa on VU has over 700. I don't think she has even cracked the seal on about 200 of them yet.

I often use others recipes, as guides, but rarely mix them as written. Fortunately, I've gotten pretty good  at subbing what I have for what the recipe calls for... Nobody's a better mixer for me, than me... :D I still pick up new flavors every now & again, but it's usually something different than what I have... ;)

If you are just starting out and have zero concentrates, I'd recommend going all flavorah and playing with those first. These all play together really well. Not everything is going to be perfect but it will make life a lot easier in the beginning to create a recipe you'll enjoy. There are obviously other flavorings out there that are better than flavorah but you'll need to start researching and experimenting a lot more to understand some of their qualities and how they play with other concentrates.
