DIY Juice makers, I could use some advice...

So I pretty much just started making my own flavors and I've been pretty successful with it, until now..... My dad likes cigar type flavors so i bought some "flavor west" havana tobacco and its bland, really bland! Here is my mix:

50mg nic. 50/50 nic./vg base
60 vg 40 pg
30% flavor
8ml nic.

any ideas, hints or tips?

I'll be honest - I'm not really sure what you're saying.

You have some 50mg nic base (50/50 PG/VG). How much did you use?

How much PG did you add? How much VG? How much flavoring?

im guessing for a 30ml bottle the target nic is 12mg 50/50 base but the 30% flav seems way too high plus most tobaccos need to steep atleast 2wks min b4 you can sample and then it could take another 2wks b4 the full flavor comes out i dont do tobaccos so if someone with knowledge ( aka Hoosier or Danny ) would chime in here and bail my .... out lol , but most tobaccos are strong so they need time to mellow out thats where steeping comes in but i also know from my fruit flaves too much will seem like i have added very little hope you get some answers from some of the magic tobacco mixers hanging around here

I would make small batches at 5,10,15 and 20% give them a hot (120F) water bath ,let steep fo week then give them a try.
No two flavorings are the same however I use FW RY4 at 4% , FW Vanilla Toacco a 20%. which shows how wide the range can be.
