I'm going to take a wild guess here since I don't do tobacco flavors.

When I started DIY, I read everything I could find and seem to recall
reading that tobacco flavors were used in the 1% to 5% range. If you
are at 30%, your way over.

Also, are you steeping? Seem to recall that tobacco flavor requires a
week minimum, some longer.

Best advice I can give is do a search for DannyV45 and Hoosier.. Read their blogs..

Yeah, looks way over flavored. Most use 5-10% flavor and up to 15%. I've done a few mixes that resemble a cigar flavor, Used some Virginia fired tobacco with a little bit of cinnamon and apple.

Back your flavors down and try 10%. I leave my juice in the glassware for a couple days, stirring every time I get near it. Some flavors take a bit to develop. Haven't used flavor west or any Havana, so don't know much else to suggest. go to the DIY juice section and probably find some help there. good luck.

!!!!!

You can try to vape that, but I promise you, that will be all you taste and smell for a couple of days!

Pour that down the drain. Do it now.

Most flavors that are extracted such as tobacco and coffee have a tendency to be insanely strong. I use a Black n Mild flavor from TFA that at 1% is still just a touch on the strong side but nice nonetheless.

I've never come across a standalone tobacco. Every one of them needs other flavors to bring them out and make them shine. Look for recipes, a plethora of eliquid recipe sites can be found with a simple Google. Use those sites, try their recipes for the flavors you have on hand.

For me, I would use your Havana at 1%, then add 3% vanilla, 5% caramel, maybe 3% chocolate, and for laughs, probably 3-5% peanut butter for an interesting yet savory vape. There is a flavor enhancer that TFA makes called "Smooth", it will cut the harsh edges off the tobacco flavor. Tobacco Magic is another one, I disremeber who makes it offhand. It's helpful.

Make your juices in trial batches without nicotine while experimenting with flavors. I do 3ml at a time while testing. Flavors, PG, and VG are cheap...nic is not. Get your flavors down pat, then add nic. Don't forget that nic adds throat hit and a peppery flavor, compensate for that mentally as you work out your flavor percentages.

When making juices for other people, unless they specifically ask, don't go over 1.8% nic (18mg/ml). Nicotine is harsh, and some people may be sensitive to higher concentrations. A friend of mine recently had me try his Red flavor at 36 (!) mg/ml. Took me a minute to find my eyes and pop them back in.
