DIY juice - Something seriously wrong

I have been doing DIY with liquids from the Liquid barn with no issues but I have stuck with mostly fruit flavors. they were the only ones I found that had MSDS sheets of their liquids listed on their site. What is your percentage of flavor you are using? I have noticed some I have to use a higher percentage & some less
