Sorry I dont have a camera for pictures. However; I drilled a hole in a hockey puck. Took apart an led flashlight and used the tube for the holder. You can pick these up for a 3 pack sometimes for under $10, I had a bunch laying all around the house. They take an evic or a vamo just perfect, and if you leave the battery spring in the end of the flashlight you can just kind of drop the mod into the holder with out it slamming down. A little JCquick or JCweld in the hole and good to go. I drilled another small hole in the puck and screwed in a 510 adapter to hold a tank or spare atty. I'll try an upload a picture in a couple days when my daughter comes over after school Monday with her phone camera if anyone is interested.

I have broken one mod with it rolling off the car seat and onto the floor, so I did the same thing with a removable coffee holder adapter for different size cups that came with my car.

Sorry for no pictures but you get the idea. Hockey puck is just about the right weight so it doesn't tip over.
