So I just obtained a couple of packets of powdered Stevia ("Pure via" brand) and I want to use it to make a sweetening liquid. A search of the forums, I see a lot of posts where people say they use it, but no instructions on how much PG or VG I should mix a packet with to make the sweetener. Can anyone provide some direction on how to use this powder?

I am not sure I would recommend most/any retail powdered sweeteners (commercial "pure" ingredients may be different). Many have anti binding agents and/or fillers.
This is the ingredient list I found for the product you described:

Dextrose is another simple sugar (and filler in this instance), and something I personally am unwilling to vape. I am guessing it is also going to be a coil killer.

I have never mixed the powdered either. I suspect that you could just add PG until the powder dissolves into solution after so much agitation and does not immediately titrate out. Here again, I agree with others, at the least your coils will probably load up and at the worst, you may be slowly poisoning yourself.

Someone makes a vape Erythrithol (sorry about the mangled spelling) I don't remember who but someone sent me a small sample. It's supposed to be pretty potent and not a coil killer. I don't particularly find SMALL amounts of Sucralose (like one drop per 30 ml) to be coil killers either but I plan on trying it my next mix, and seeing what it's like compared to Supersweet.

Sorry I can't remember the name of the manufacturer, but it is out there, I think. I'd be worried about some of the other additives in the powder form.
