My stuff arrived today, but the nic had leaked all over everything! The labels for the flavorings had started to come off and everything was wet. ECX just stuffed everything in a bubble mailer and taped around the lid. Bummer.

They really do need to use some boxes and better insulation, especially for things like that. When I received my orders of bigger bottles were duct taped a bit around the lid but items like this need a box for further protection as they will potentially take a beating in the mail. Glad you are getting a replacement order.

I got a bottle of 100mg nic from them Tuesday. It was taped around the top with packing tape and put inside a baggie. The flavor concentrates in a separate baggie. The syringes and blunt needles were loose. All packed in a padded bag that traveled for six days all the way across the country. Turns out the nic bottle cracked at the top cap and some of the nic spilled out of the baggie. The bag wasn't zipped and the nic soaked the syringe packs. Had to dump the whole thing after garbing up with gloves, mask and apron. Cost twice as much to ship vs. Wizard, who, on the other hand sent more nic and flavors packed in their great method traveling up the East Coast. No problems ever with Wizard.

I would like to see vendors taking a little more care in packaging nicotine so stuff like this doesnt happen. Not just for the hassle to the consumer but then possible danger to everyone involved like the package handler and customer. We take large steps to protect ourselves when handling nic and vendors should take double the amount of care when sending out there nic. I have never orderd nic from ecx but I almost use them exclusively for flavors and a peice of duct tape over a lid for nic shipment doesnt seem good enough for me.

There was VG in the same, but it didn't leak. Only the nic in PG base. Makes me wonder if the viscosity of the liquid had something to do with that. Coming from west coast to east coast it might have gotten into an airplane. The air pressure differential might have caused the issue since the nic was in a 250ml container sold at 215ml leaving space for air.

Safety is the key issue. I have gloves and other precautions to deal with the nicotine. But the people who handle it along the way may not and I sure don't want any of them to get poisoned. Much less if someone sent their kid out to get the mail and the nic had leaked into the bubble mailer... It's unthinkable.

I recieved an order from them the first week of february packed the same way.1000ml's of nic. in 2 plastics bags(2 250ml bottles per bag) with nothing but white tape around the lids of them.I had also purchased $175.00 worth of flavorings along with the nic. which was packed the same way, except they were stuffed in a brown envolope bag(27,28 bottles of flavors total i believe). Also had other supplies i was out of,needles, syringes, gloves etc... yours is definately not the first order shipped that way.

All it's gonna take is one mailman to get nic poisoning and it'll be game over. We won't have to worry about the FDA getting involved. I've got over $200 in flavors in my cart at ECX but that's as far as its going to go. I won't be sending any of my money to a company with such piss-poor regard to others. If they are pinching pennies they should just bump up the price of shipping and handling to cover it. No excuse for it.
