Sandy.. the flavoring kit is not concentrated. so you can vape it like it is or you can add nicotine to it and make it whatever mg you want
so 8mls can be doubled to 16ml by adding the same amount of cut nic.

all it is is zero nic flavoring and can be vaped as is.. not like regular flavoring. it is already made with vg or pg so it is vapable not concentrated.
so if yhou took the 8mls added a small amount of 26mg nic you come o ut with extra low 10 ml bottle.
same applies add more nic and get 15mls

you use it just like regular flavors only thing is you cant vape flavors (loranns without PG or VG) this you can vape as a zero nic.
