Yep...agree...its not easy at all, believe me. One of the hardest things ive ever been thru besides watching my mother and father die. But, it is for the best. Dogs dont need to suffer..and i firmly believe they do have souls no matter what others say or beleive. All we can do is love them while they are here and miss them, then after time , give another needy one a good home.

she is gone now geroge just took her i had her rapped like a baby she was 4 pounds poodle... my missy.. i am gonna go tobed and lay down.. and she had a good life and gave me the best the bestttttttttttttttttttttt...........

OMG! I am soo sorry Dawn and George also.

I am not looking forward to when my kitties go since they have been with me going on 13 years.

I cried just giving my dog to a good home, he became aggro towards kids.

Hang in there Dawn-It isn't east to make the right decision sometimes, I had to do the same with my baby of 12 years. We must make some heartbreaking decisions in life and you are doing the right thing here, I promise. Feel the heartbreak, it is real. Know that you gave that baby nothing but love and the best life possible. We as humans must know when to let go and stop the pain. My prayers are with you, my heart understands your pain. Dawn, So sorry to hear about your dog. I know that feeling. I had to have my cat put down a couple of years ago. I took her there myself but when I reached the door, I turned around, in tears, and selfishly took her back home. I knew what the vet said was better for her, but I was stubborn. My wife had to take her, in the end, and I still find myself thinking about her sometimes, but it is always with fond memories and a big smile. Keep your head up, and always look at the good times with her..........Hope you Christmas gets better. grab some Hot Cocoa, a blanket, and snuggle up to George......He will need that just as much as you do.
