Hi all :)

So its my 5th day of 0 analoges and e-smoking. I have been dizzy as hell and just feeling like pure crud. I thought it was too much nicotine so I dropped down to 14 mg from 24. Still dizzy. Has anyone else experienced this and does it stop? I really like e-smoking because even though I feel like crud, I really don't have any desire to smoke a real cig. I'm thinking I will just quit all together for a day to see if things improve, but if I don't have my e-cig handy, I will have the desire to smoke. What should I do?

Are you using vg or pg based liquids?

There is a small, but vocal, group of people are who sensitive to pg, and from what I hear had symptoms that are similar to yours. You may wish to either cut your liquids with vg to decrease the concentration, or switch entirely. It's not quite an allergy, but it's unpleasant, and VG use seems to solve it.

Hopefully someone else who suffers from such irritation would be able to better fill you in to see if you match up.

then that means 12 is to much for you. for the amount of vaping you do. they make 6mg and 4mg. try some of those. i started with 36mg and didn't feel those effects, untill day 3 i felt your same symptoms, then day 7 24mg was to much. Also make sure not to get liquid on your hands when your filling carts that will give you those side effects to. now I use 12mg cause I vape all day like I used to smoke analogs.

Most suppliers will state in the product description which it is. Another indicator is if they are selling dekang liquid (which are very common and account for most of the mass market) those are only PG.
A good rule of thumb is if you don't know, it's probably PG. VG is the new kid on the block comparitively, and at a very slight premium in price, not everyone has gotten on the bandwagon in offering liquids made from it.

Where did you order from?

I order from evapers in canada. I really do not vape much at all. 3 or long drags then I put it down and don't pick it up for another hour or so. I think it might be from nicotine withdrawl, just wondering if anyone else had the same symptoms and how long they lasted. I don't think my supplier has the VG ones :(. I was hoping these symptoms would subside after 3 days, being on day 5 now I'm really starting to wonder. I will give it more time. I seriously do not want analogues so thats a good sign. I just don't want to feel like this anymore either. I'm glad one poster indicated that they had the same symptoms for 3 weeks so hopefully thats all it is, nicotine withdrawl because I seriously don't think I am vaping enough for nicotine od, at least I hope not. Oh yeah and I do wash my hands thouroughly after every time I refill just to be safe...

I had the same problem Give it a couple weeks Alot of times I feel people blame vaping for some side effects when it's actually withdrawl symptoms from cigarette tobacco It will pass
RIMP

I tend to agree. I bought my first e-cig on Dec 3rd. A few times I went a little crazy and got sick to my stomach - nothing serious and it passed quickly. I smoked my last analog on Dec 31 and felt awful for a few days afterward - nervous, exhausted/depressed, achy, and my face broke out really bad. It felt like I had the flu. I assume it was the chemicals from the tobacco being filtered out. I'm actually feeling great now.
