steph77 How many analogs are you smoking? Most of this sounds like tobacco withdrawals. I'm not sure I would call it dizzy, but I felt kinda loopy and "off" the first week or so. What mg. are you vaping now? Even when I quit (attempted) many times before e-cigs, I would feel really strange..think our brain and bodies aren't used to getting so much oxygen!

As far as quitting the analogs..don't worry, everyone has to go at their own pace. I was vaping almost 2 weeks before I completely quit the analogs.

CandyGirl, thanks for the link. I am vaping Johnson's Creek medium and am waiting for the bottle of high I ordered (they sent me someone else's order today, same name-totally different address.)
I really just want to quit smoking, but I have so many mental problems that it has become an emotional crutch like nothing else in my life has. I think it's awesome tht e-cigs have allowed me to cut down to 3-4 cigs a day, though, so I won't give up on them and even just supplement as needed.

I've been vaping for 9 days and I was light headed for about the first 2 days. It was worse when I would smoke an analog so I stopped smoking them. I figured it was too high a nicotine intake so I slowed down my nic intake to 3 mL a day of med (12 mg) juice. I had smoked 2 packs of Marlboro Lights per day for 20 years. The dizziness went away, unless I get new flavors in and begin chain-vaping.

I was also irratable, I mean really bad tempered , for about 3-4 days. I still feel the irritation but I had to psychologically come to grips with the fact that people are idiots and do really dumb crap 8-o. I had to learn to take a deep breath before I react and just be more understanding of everyone elses inadequacies. I know this sounds like I'm full of myself but, this has worked and people don't threaten me with physical violence as often.:D

Stick with it, it will all be worth it once you completely get over the analogues.
