I have a DNA250 and it has been working well. Until yesterday.
I vape at 420-460F, normally using NiFe52 or SS 430.
I hit the coils with 75W with an 85W 1 sec preheat. These are single wire 27ga spaced coils, so they have almost no ramp time.

So, I noticed that the mod never showed it hit temp protection, no warning message flashing on the screen as I always see in the past.
I put it on EScribe and it hits the set temp and hovers there as usual.
I checked the two tanks I'm using on a different DNA, flash, there's the temp protect warning.
This mod also for no apparent reason set the resistance of my tank from .30 ohms to .39 ohms while it was not in use for about 2 hours. I noticed that when I got a hot and weird vape. Pull the tank off and take the battery out, back to .30 and vaped fine.
I reset the mod to factory settings and ran case thermals again, rebuilt the profiles, same lack of temp protection warning. Though I do believe it is performing fine, when it does not work as it should, and then changed the resistance for no reason, I worry.
I've triple checked the various temperature-related settings.

Think it should visit Evolve?

I'd just watch it and see. If it repeats any bad behavior I'd send it in. But if it's just an odd one time event that resolved after a reboot (my first step) or reset to factory then having profiles and whatnot reloaded, I'd hold off on sending it anywhere.

Well, it hasn't misread the resistance, but it still does not show the temp protect warning. If I set it to 350F and fire 75W to a tank, no temp protect.
