Going to do a dna 30 box, nothing revolutionary, just a little stealthier than my raptor. 1590a box, 12mm eswitch for fire button, hana style's for the up/down. Going to be run on a single Efest 3100 mah purple battery, charging from a TP4056. I made a cradle for the board out of balsa used some really thin flexible plastic as backer for that for strength. Going over to a friends this weekend and I will square the box up and get some holes drilled. If im lucky maybe I can get a vape on it before the weekend is thru.

More pics later

edit: This is my first experience with the little tactile buttons like hana uses. I was pretty unsure about the purchase when I ordered them, but now in hand they are really nice little units. The stem is the exact thickness as the wall of the box I chose so they will fit perfectly. And the throw of the switch is very firm with a audible click an feel. I did get three of them but will only use two, as I prefer the larger button for fire. Can anyone comment on how to mount them, I assume just epoxy them in. Do I need to put tape over the back of them, the say they are water proof, I dont the epoxy will get in because of how thick it is but I may be wrong.

Balsa worked out ok I will probably use some of the modelers foam to secure the battery from moving around since I am not using a sled. I think it will turn out real nice. The new Varitube 510's are really good they upgraded the positive pin and the base nut is beefier. I have pretty high hopes for the battery I chose the efest 3100 20amp. Now I did do my homework on it and it is 20 amp pulse 10 amp continuous which is far within the realm of where I vape and will handle the dna just fine, and has a very high mah rating.

Looking pretty good so far

Got some done today, I need a little more practice with a drill press off a little with the up/down buttons but not bad. I think next time I may use a regular drill and see if its easier to line up. Should have the board wired up and mounted tomorrow see how it goes.
