And that is a screaming deal.

Yep. Looks like they are putting them in the improved cases now too.
Got an email last night there is a 4th of July sale going on for 10% off.... tempting.

That reviewer (I'm pretty sure I know which one you're talking about) had a pre-production model and made another video a week or so later with the actual unit. The second review was much different than the first.

I've read more issues with the Hana mod than I have with the clone.

Most interesting, will go back and see if Robert has an updated video I missed.
Sooooo much information to sort through :)

I have one of the newer Cloupor no logo clones. So far I've been real happy with it. Mine is the updated version with the small center pin and fires from sleep mode. That said, with the 0.5 ohm limit I find 30W to be a little on the weak side for dripping. I run mine with a kayfun at 18W with a 0.7 ohm build and love the results. Just a hint of warm and very tasty.

Ah, you're talking about Robert Ellis. Sorry, that's not the one I was referring to.

Robert's main contention is that it doesn't have an Evolve DNA 30 Chip in it. I thought that was common knowledge.

He did say that it's a well made Mod and vapes well. He also compared it to a $275 Mod (ZNA) and the $175 VaporShark. I would expect there to be a difference.

Exactly.
My main takeaway was that it wasn't reading the ohms the same as the others and he sort of questioned the algorithms used.

I think any mod with the same chipset would vape reasonably identically unless there was a major difference in build (e.g. the gauge of the wire)
Otherwise it's down to purely aesthetics and price.

DNA30s have been outclassed for a little while, but honestly alot of vapers aren't going to need the extra power. I still want to get my hands on an Axis though, only authentic I really want.

I'm not trying to defend the DNA30, but I think outclassed isn't the right term. It's like saying that the F150 is outclassed by a Corvette. They both have their place and function, and some would find one of them impractical for their purposes.
